Black Ventures Unlimited is a global network of very accomplished Civic and Corporate Leaders who specialize in Business Network Creation, Urban Land Development, Real Estate,  National HBCU Charities, Education, and Economic Empowerment.  We enjoy working with any multicultural National or International Business  Banks, Venture Capitalists, or Investors of any race, creed, or color in support of Black Business Growth,  Black Enterprise, Start-ups & Developments. Mr. Thornton is a visionary and strategist who helps to make plans on many BVU projects. He sets goals in collaboration with the executive board of BVU and he is also a part of the BVU board of directors. Together they vote on Black Ventures Unlimited's mode of operations and its Mission, Goals, and Vision. Mr. Thornton is a Senior Marketing & Art Director with valuable knowledge and a history of support for new business ventures. Mr. Thornton also has a history of volunteerism, charitable work and is committed to  helping to empower the poor and the disenfranchised of society.

Mr. Hill is also the Founder & Director of Sand Stone Constructions, LLC. Mr. Hill represents a highly experienced and very accomplished diverse team of Master Planners, City Planners, Architects, Engineers, Builders, Land Developers, Green Lead Certified Experts, and Professional Licensed Project Managers. Mr. Hill is a seasoned Construction Professional with a long-standing work history. His experience includes very elegant residential homes, & sustainable buildings of all  styles with commercial facilities, mixed-use, and Greentech Developments helping the environment.

Mr. Gould is  the Chief Operating Officer for Black Ventures Unlimited, Mr. Gould is responsible for day to day operations as well as identifying top quality projects as well as helping to codevelop many new business ventures that may be beneficial to  Black Ventures Unlimited, Mr. Gould is in support of African-American, African  and Multicultural Business plans benefitial to society. Mr Gould's  Mission, Vision and primary Goals are Job Creation, Education, New Job Placement, Black Enterprise and Black Economic Development. Mr. Gould believes in the Empowement of all youth. 

Treasure Owens has an extensive 25-year-long background in Business Banking and Community Development and works to Develop, and Strategically employ effective policy for Black Ventures Unlimited staff, business owners, and individuals on behalf of financial literacy,  growth, and strategy. Treasure makes sure we are aware of our financial options for successful financial plans & outcomes. She places the tools in the hands of our BVU Business, and clients to make sound and logical investments and financial decisions that will affect the future finance and growth of our ventures. 

Carla Granger Allison, is a Black Ventures Unlimited Marketing Consultant and Special Events Producer. She is a well-known and renowned advocate for

community development and empowerment and also has been appointed as the Vice President of KDR Foundation, a leading organization dedicated to assisting the homeless

and fostering community awareness through various educational programs. The appointment was made by Mr. Danny Hill, the CEO, Founder, and owner of Sand & Stone Construction as well as Co-Founder of Black Ventures Unlimited.

National HBCU Charities is a network of highly skilled multicultural educators, fundraisers, marketing directors, business people,

experienced benefactors, and humanitarians who recognize the need to increase "Black Academic

Achievement" in America and the entire world today. National HBCU Charities is a pending Charitable Tax Exempt Non-Profit which will offer new innovative fundraising plans and multiple charitable events to dramatically help raise more funds for historically

poor, neglected National HBCUs, underprivileged African American Youth, underserved and grossly neglected, disenfranchised impoverished U.S. urban communities. National HBCU Charities was founded by Black Ventures Unlimited, LLC cofounders.

Understanding community development is essential for investors, developers, and city officials who seek to build much stronger communities. By actively engaging with the black community, building capacity, and promoting sustainable development, they can contribute to the long-term overall growth and prosperity of black communities especially. When applied to the Black community, community development can help

address long-term historical disparities and create important pathways to prosperity. By properly

understanding the specific needs and aspirations of the Black community,

stakeholders can play a pivotal role in building a more equitable, thriving society. "Black Community Development" is the key to longterm urban prosperity.
